7. Payment & Cancellation Terms

• Payment Requirements

All service or event-related fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and direct bank transfers.

• Booking Confirmation

Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered address. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your email details to receive event updates and access credentials.

• Participant Cancellations
• Cancellations made more than 28 days before the scheduled event are eligible for an 85% refund (15% will be retained to cover administrative costs).
• Cancellations within 27 days of the event are non-refundable. However, a credit note may be issued for use at future events, subject to specific terms.
• Organizer Cancellations or Rescheduling

In case of event cancellation by us, a credit note equivalent to 100% of the fee will be issued for future events.

If an event is rescheduled, and the participant is unable to attend the new date, the same credit note policy applies.

Force Majeure: No refunds or liability shall arise in the event of cancellations or changes caused by conditions beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, public emergencies, or governmental restrictions.
